Background:  Randy is a native of Sheboygan, WI and currently lives in the Cutlerville/Byron Center area.  Randy and his wife Lisa have three grown children.  He is a second career pastor who was called into  ministry after 25 years in the food industry. He has past experience in sales and marketing, distribution, training, and project management.  Randy’s ministry experience includes serving a non-profit ministry during seminary, and after graduation, he served a traditional congregation before deciding to plant inSpirit Church.  Randy has a deep passion for the local church in the community, and it's impact on the world.  In his spare time, Randy loves to spend time with his wife and family camping, traveling, and working outdoors.

Background:  Josh has been married to his wife Megan Since July of 2016. He has his Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry and is passionate about ministering to God's people. He is excited to follow Jesus' footsteps and walk alongside the "least of these." Josh serves in many areas of inSpirit Church including: Care and Connections, Prayer, and GO Teams. He especially delights in teaching, learning, and abiding with Christ through prayer and serving our community.

Josh loves everything about the outdoors. He also enjoys reading, playing the piano, kayaking, cooking, and running.

 Background:      Lisa has 20+ years of experience in early childhood/elementary education and ministry.  She began her career teaching pre-school and kindergarten, before becoming a stay at home mom.  Upon re-entering the work force, Lisa worked in an inclusive ed. program before going back to full time teaching. She taught first and second grades for 12 years. Lisa has been part of the ministry at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds, serving in various capacities, for the past 19 years and has partnered with her husband, Randy, in planting inSpirit church.
As Ministries Coordinator, Lisa oversees the children’s ministries from nursery through 5th grade, as well as, walks alongside the Student and Adult ministry directors.  She also coordinates the GO (service) ministry at inSpirit. Lisa is passionate about partnering with parents and pouring into the lives of children, students, and adults; working together on the one thing that truly matters, a relationship with God and the desire to serve Him in all aspects of life.
Lisa and her husband Randy have 3 grown children, Sarah, Tyler, and Rebecca.  She cherishes time spent with her family and enjoys dining out, camping, reading, and relaxing in the sun!

Background:      Amy has been married to her husband Dave since 2003, and has 2 wonderful children. Amy has been working with the youth at inSpirit since 2013 and  has a great passion for helping them connect with their faith.  Amy strives to teach the youth at inSpirit how to walk out in their faith, own their faith, and disciple to those around them.
Some of Amy's personal hobbies include playing games/sports, sewing & crafting, going to the beach, playing catch with her kids in the backyard, and reading. She loves Dove dark chocolate and loves all kinds of music; she even plays a few instruments herself.

Background:   Mick has been in the tire business for over 25 years and currently works for Schneider Tires. He grew up in Cutlerville, MI with his 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Mick currently lives in Wyoming, MI and has 3 grown children of his own (Marshall with wife Ashley and daughter Vivian, Courtney, and Emma with husband Trent). Mick has been a guitarist/musician for 40 years and has played for and sung in various different churches and numerous bands. He loves vintage tube electronics, guitar restoration, wood working, fishing, and spending time with his family. "I love praising God through music and seeing others being lifted up by it."

Background:       Kara grew up in Byron Center and has been married to her husband Chris for 9 years. Kara decided to re-enter the workforce after spending some time staying home to take care of her 2 daughters; one with special needs.   She has a great love for God and people. Kara feels that “God is constantly keeping me on my toes and reminding me that it is His plans, not mine.”
