Background: Randy is a native of Sheboygan, WI and currently lives in the Cutlerville/Byron Center area. Randy and his wife Lisa have three grown children. He is a second career pastor who was called into ministry after 25 years in the food industry. He has past experience in sales and marketing, distribution, training, and project management. Randy’s ministry experience includes serving a non-profit ministry during seminary, and after graduation, he served a traditional congregation before deciding to plant inSpirit Church. Randy has a deep passion for the local church in the community, and it's impact on the world. In his spare time, Randy loves to spend time with his wife and family camping, traveling, and working outdoors.

Background: Lisa has 20+ years of experience in early childhood/elementary education and ministry. She began her career teaching pre-school and kindergarten, before becoming a stay at home mom. Upon re-entering the work force, Lisa worked in an inclusive ed. program before going back to full time teaching. She taught first and second grades for 12 years. Lisa has been part of the ministry at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds, serving in various capacities, for the past 19 years and has partnered with her husband, Randy, in planting inSpirit church.
As Ministries Coordinator, Lisa oversees the children’s ministries from nursery through 5th grade, as well as, walks alongside the Student and Adult ministry directors. She also coordinates the GO (service) ministry at inSpirit. Lisa is passionate about partnering with parents and pouring into the lives of children, students, and adults; working together on the one thing that truly matters, a relationship with God and the desire to serve Him in all aspects of life.
Lisa and her husband Randy have 3 grown children, Sarah, Tyler, and Rebecca. She cherishes time spent with her family and enjoys dining out, camping, reading, and relaxing in the sun!

Background: Jessica grew up in Byron Center, Michigan and has lived there her whole life. She has been married to her husband, Nick, since 2011 and has been blessed with two awesome little girls. Jessica has always had a heart for Ministry and connecting with those she comes into contact with. Her and her husband started a non-profit in West Michigan geared toward the millennial generation, and she fully believes that God used those 10 years of running the non-profit to mold and equip her for her position at inSpirit and her future in ministry. Her two little girls keep her on her toes and they keep her life entertaining. In her spare time, Jessica loves being outdoors, gardening, camping, and hanging out with family.

Background: Amy has been married to her husband Dave since 2003, and has 2 wonderful children. Amy has been working with the youth at inSpirit since 2013 and has a great passion for helping them connect with their faith. Amy strives to teach the youth at inSpirit how to walk out in their faith, own their faith, and disciple to those around them.
Some of Amy's personal hobbies include playing games/sports, sewing & crafting, going to the beach, playing catch with her kids in the backyard, and reading. She loves Dove dark chocolate and loves all kinds of music; she even plays a few instruments herself.

Background: Myoung was born in South Korea, but grew up in Albania where her parents still serve as missionaries. She is a graduate of Calvin College and just married her husband back in June 2018.
Myoung has always had a passion to use her musical gifts to serve God and others. She is very excited to be joining the inSpirit Church family, with her husband, and is looking forward to all the things that God is going to work in and through them while they are here.

Kara decided to re-enter the workforce after spending some time staying home to take care of her 2 daughters; one with special needs. She has a great love for God and people. Kara feels that “God is constantly keeping me on my toes and reminding me that it is His plans, not mine.”

Background: Ryan grew up in Leamington, Ontario, Canada and lived there most of his life. He moved to Grand Rapids to get his Master of Divinity at Calvin Theological Seminary. He comes from a family of 4, and enjoys playing or watching sports, hanging out with friends, playing board games, and dinning out.
Ryan plans to graduate in 2021 and hopes to find a full-time pastoral position in a local church. "I love being at inSpirit because, as Pastor Randy always reminds us, this place feels like home. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for me and this church over the next few years."
